The surviving inhabitants of Planet Earth breathed a collective sigh of relief as the halfway point of GWAR’s two-year long victory lap came and went with only vague reports of minor atrocities being committed in the name of the Universe's most dangerous band. Speaking with a megaphone from a lofty parapet on the GWAR fortress, instead of proclaiming some cosmic doom, lead throat-thing Oderus Urungus took the opportunity to announce the release date of the new GWAR album, “GWAR’s Bloody Pit of Horror” (out Nov. 9th on Metal Blade Records), and more of the cities slated for destruction on the “Bloody Tour of Horror”, which begins Oct. 2nd in Baltimore, Md.
